Villa Kalisha

DO YOU WANT... your holiday to be a truly personal experience,
and yet still enjoy the services you find in a top hotel?

DO YOU WISH... of waking up and the only sounds you can hear are the
twittering of birds and croaking of jungle frogs?

PERHAPS YOU DREAM... of relaxing in a luxurious bath and just gazing across
the jungle and rice paddies to the ocean in the far distance.

We decided to make all those dreams a reality and we are happy
to be able to share it with you....

Welcome to Villa Kalisha

The Villa

When you arrive at Villa Kalisha, you may actually wonder where the villa actually is! Access is via a paved path that cuts directly across picturesque rice paddies, with amazing views of the volcanoes of Bali in the distance. At the end of the path, the land drops away almost vertically and there you get your first sight of Villa Kalisha on the edge of a spectacular jungle gorge.

As you enter the villa the view immediately hits you. The villa almost seems to hang suspended above the steep jungle filled gorge. In all directions there is nothing but trees and vegetation, but 100m below you there are more rice paddies, and in the distance you can see all the way down the gorge to the ocean in the distance.

The Bathrooms

The upstairs bathroom has probably some of the best views in the villa, and as you enter a dramatic open-air vista opens up in all three directions of the jungle and gorge below. Completed in wood and stone of the highest quality, the bathroom also features a remarkable brass bath that provides the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. The downstairs bathroom, also has great views out across the jungle and gorge, but this time features a fantastic genuine teak bath to relax and enjoy.

The Living Room

The living room is comfortably furnished with a day-bed and other furniture and is fully equipped with satellite television, DVD player and CD player and stereo. There is also a wide collection of DVDs and books, and CDs. If you prefer to relax outside, the living room opens up to a wide balcony with a further sofa that enjoys fantastic views over the pool to the valley and jungle beyond.
